Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform administrative office duties
- Answer phones and do customer service
- Assist in facilitating deliveries and handling returns
- Conduct inventory checks
- Check sales and items being delivered are correct
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing, IT, Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- Work experience as an Office Assistant or similar position
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Organization skills
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
