Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Triage and complete technical concerns by communicating with end users and vendors via phone and email
  • Execute wide arrange of technical expertise from outlook configuration to server support
  • Work on Windows, Office, Exchange, On-Premise and Active Directory
  • Manage and maintain virtual cloud IT environments
  • Assist in core LOB applications
  • Operate on complex troubleshooting involving servers, firewalls and network related tickets
  • Provide escalation support to team members in a non-traditional Level 1/2/3 escalation process
  • Document of all key IT systems
  • Stay up to date on Benchmark 365’s products and integrations

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in Partner project that may include migration, network configurations and many more
  • Participate in network design, pre-sales activities and product development
  • Participate in the company’s evolving marketing efforts i.e sharing in blogs, social media and other marketing efforts

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and/or Microsoft Certification as an Administrator/Engineer Level
  • More or less 3-5 years demonstrated expert knowledge of virtual IT environments based on HyperV or VMWare
  • Solid understanding on IT MSP business model and overview of different system concepts
  • Adept on Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
  • Expert knowledge and skills on Microsoft Windows Azure and/or AWS administration and implementation
  • Proficient grasp on network environments including provisioning and maintenance of firewalls, DNS and DHCP
  • Experience working in a Level 2 or Level 3 role as an escalation point for Windows/Network related causes
  • Automatous, flexible and self-motivated with an ability to remain calm through complex issues
  • Analyse, assess, plan and execute mindset
  • Strong English communication skills, preferably experience working with Australian, American or British companies
