Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Process vendor invoices and payments
- Process Expense Reports
- Review Accounts Payable Aging reports and Un-invoiced Receipts
- Match checks to invoices to ensure payments are accurate
- Ensure audit process is in compliance with corporate policy
- Research and resolve accounts payable discrepancies
- Set-up of new vendor accounts
- Ensure vendors meet all reporting requirements
- Review unpaid invoices and open credit balances
- Bank account reconciliation
- Prepare and record accounts payable journal entries
- Other administrative duties assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelors Degree/CPA is preferred
- 2 years above of Accounts Payable Experience
- Has a strong experience in using SAP systems
- Strong communication
- Strong organizational skills
- Willing to work in a night shift schedule (for a few months only)
