Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage general ledger and accounts for startup tech company
- Manage company bank accounts and monthly reconciliations
- Ensuring accurate and complete recording of all accounting entries and timely submission of Financial statements
- Manage Philippines based financial and regulatory reporting requirements
- Assist with monthly consolidations, management reporting and cash flow planning
- Ability to work effectively in a cross functional team; demonstrate ability to partner with other departments to enable growth while managing overall receivables exposure
- Assist with information and data support for annual audits
- Manage a small team of accounting and cash clerks
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting; Masters preferred, but not required
- Minimum 5 years experience in Accounting/Auditing role in a SME or audit firm
- Experience with cloud based accounting software such as Xero is a plus
- Interest in startup culture and venture capital environment
- Good communication skills including speaking, presenting, writing
- Fluent Filipino and English skills
