Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyzes variety of financial information particular in revenues, expenditures, cash management, and cost projection for the purpose of providing direct support, making recommendation, maximizing use of fund, and/or ensuring overall operations are within budget.
- Monitor budget allocation, expenditures, fund balance and all related financial activities for the purpose of ensuring that allocations are accurate, revenues are recorded, expenses are within the budget limit and fiscal practices are followed.
- Prepares materials like annual budgets, financial statement, reports for the Auditors, Mancom and Executives.
- Develops and recommend company policy and position on budget issues;
- Documents minutes of meeting on shareholder meetings.
- Assist in developing and recommending operation policies and procedural improvements.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate leader provided the relevant and necessary orientation or training is carried out.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Certified Public Accountant
- Should have in-depth experience in cost accounting/general accounting, Minimum of 5 years of solid experience.
- Knowledge in complete accounting cycle, closing of year-end, external auditors files.
- Knowledge of appropriate internal controls.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial profiles.
- Should be knowledgeable in SAP and other Accounting systems
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent, Budget or Financial Reporting
