Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Understand functional requirements and evaluate various approaches to arrive at the best solution.
- Identify & report gaps or issues in the functional requirements.
- Provide & review estimates for various development work.
- Work on complex RICEW object development tasks while managing the time & budget allocated for the task
- Perform strict code review & optimization to ensure adherence to development standards
- Provide guidance & mentoring to junior developers on software development best practices.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- High degree of proficiency in Oracle Application Development and Oracle PL/SQL;
- At least 7-years of experience required;
- Experience with Oracle EBS modules;
- In-depth experience in performing code review & optimization;
- Good communication skills;
- Leadership skills, desirable.
