Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepares monthly financial statement
- Assists in development and maintenance of a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
- Monitors and interprets cash flows and predicting future trends
- Analyses change, and assesses and understands business operations to recommend further improvements accordingly
- Monitors daily cash flow to analyze business profitability and sustainability
- Drafts and proposes financial plans/schemes to maintain or increase profitability
- Handles BIR withholding tax, and VAT computations
- Projects weekly cash funding requirements, borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
- Develops external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations
- Reports to the management on variances from the established budget, and reasons for those variances
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be Female
- Must have at least 5 years managerial experience in Finance, Budget Planning, and Forecasting
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in Quezon City
