Digital Marketing Supervisor for PPC  

Summary

We are looking for a digital marketer supervisor with experience in handling pay-per-click campaigns with specific focus on Google Ads. This job requires a combination of critical thinking, statistical analysis and creative problem solving to optimize ad campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Will be the lead marketing analytics for assigned project/s, responsible for identifying ways to optimize campaigns
• Own end-to-end responsibility for performance marketing metrics, producing team reports and making recommendations for improvement
• Champion a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to optimizing the customer journey
• Ensure the numbers are air-tight by performing individual quality control, checking with relevant data owners, and cross-referencing findings against secondary sources

• Minimum 4 years experience in digital marketing, analytics or Adwords plus minimum of 2 years handling a team
• Proven experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tools such as SEMrush and MOZ for keyword research
• Must have an expert quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong critical thinker
• Bachelor degree graduate in a quantitative discipline: Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, etc.
• Knowledge in MS Excel skills is an advantage (Advance Formulas, Pivot Tables and Pivot Reporting, VBA and Macros, Data Tables, Tables and Formatting, Conditional Formatting and Advanced Charting)
