Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensures that our natural/organic beverages with short shelf-life will arrive at the right place at the right time as expected by our loyal customers
- Owns end-to-end Supply Chain process including:
- demand management and forecasting,
- supply and production planning
- inventory control and warehouse management
- inbound and outbound logistics
- Sets targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and strategy with management team
- Tracks KPIs, analyzes them, and develops action plans based on results
- Develops weekly and monthly work plans for Supply Chain team
- Conducts regular Performance Reviews for the Supply Chain team
- Creates and implements policies and procedures for the end-to-end Supply Chain process and continuous improvement
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Supply Chain experience with products that have very short shelf-life is a plus but not a requirement
- Has a Gets-Stuff-Done attitude, willing to undergo even menial tasks if absolutely necessary just in order to get the job done!
- Resilient in facing obstacles; capable of out-of-the-box thinking (ma-diskarte!)
- Revels in taking initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Being pleasant to customers and teammates is a must!
- Pays attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
