Bookkeeper  

• Maintains accounting records (sales, purchases and cash)
• Processes and records all purchase orders, sales orders, sales invoices, collections, accounts receivables, accounts payables, payments, and other financial transactions
• Ensures payments received from clients and payments given to suppliers are correct (e.g. creates processes to avoid duplicate or missed payments)
• Assists accountants by preparing data needed for financial reports and tax submissions
• Provides inventory support, including maintaining office materials and supplies
• Keeps track of the enterprise's assets; including:
  • Performing monthly reconciliations and description of bank transactions and petty cash
  • Creating a monthly summary and reconciliation of receivables and payables
• Other special ad hoc tasks as management sees fit
• Willing to help and coach other staff

• Accounting Graduate preferred
• 1 to 2 years experienced in similar field (e.g. FMCG)
• Exposure to accounting software or ERP desirable
• Advanced MS Excel skills- Outstanding work ethics, committed, and proactive, willing to take initiatives
