Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Peran seorang Staf Manajemen Konstruksi di BCA antara lain meliputi merencanakan proses pembangunan/renovasi gedung dan berkoordinasi dengan pihak terkait dalam pelaksanaan Proyek pembangunan atau renovasi gedung. Selain itu Staf Manajemen Konstruksi juga bertugas untuk mengawasi, memonitor dan memastikan progress pekerjaan dan serah terima proyek sesuai dengan kontrak kerja sebelum melakukan pekerjaan building audit.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimal lulusan S1 dari jurusan Teknik Elektro Arus Kuat / Mesin / Teknik Industri
- IPK minimal 2,75 (skala 4,00)
- Pengalaman bekerja minimal 2 tahun
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik
