Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Melakukan evaluasi kinerja dan kualitas layanan agent mitra
- Melakukan penilaian kinerja agent mitra setiap bulan
- Menyusun dan melakukan update terhadap kurikulum pelatihan agent mitra secara berkala
- Menyusun dan memberikan pelatihan terhadap agent mitra melalui e-learning program berdasarkan kurikulum yang telah ditetapkan
- Melakukan pembinaan dan pembekalan terhadap agent mitra yang masih baru
- Memberikan rekomendasi kepada tim Helpdesk untuk memberikan coaching secara intens terhadap agent mitra yang kinerjanya masih di bawah standar layanan
- Menyelenggarakan reward program secara berkala untuk memberikan apresiasi terhadap agent mitra yang memiliki kinerja terbaik
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Lulus S1 semua jurusan dengan IPK minimal 2.75
- Usia maksimal 26 tahun
- Berpengalaman di call center minimal 2 tahun
- Diutamakan wanita
- Berpenampilan menarik
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang kuat
- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan baik
- Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal skill yang baik (mudah bergaul)
- Menguasai pengolahan data melalui sarana MS-Excel dan MS Office lainnya
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa data-data yang berkaitan dengan call center adalah nilai tambah
