Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct internal audit to assigned APMC managed properties
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented across all properties
- Preparation of Audit Schedules
- Produces and analyze monthly Financial Statements
- Manage receivables and payables of the properties handles
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors
- Ensure implementation of finance control onsite
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Certified Public Accountant
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in Audit, General Accounting or any relevant field
- Experience in an auditing firm would be an advantage
- Has good presentation skills
- Keen to details
- Willing to be assigned in Makati City
