Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise the Central Hourly Accountability Report Team (CHART)
- Consolidate/Summarize audit reportsof CHART fro presentation to Estates and Carparks Head and other concerned parties , as necessary (Unit and Operations and Finance Team, concerned service provider, etc.) to ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining reports, operating practices, and documentation
- Perform regular coordinationmeetings with the CHART to enhance/improve the effectiveness of the audit process (ex. improve unpredictability of audit timing, change the direction of audit testing, schedule of surprise audits of CHART members, etc.)
- Monitor the status of compliance of audit findings
- Recommend opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure of Cash collection and related documentation
- May be required to perform surprise audit of collections
- May also be required to perform validation car parks of profile/data like no. of slots, customer behaviour, parking rates, etc. or any other data that would be pertinent in evaluating the reasonableness of the collection of a car park.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Audit skills is a must
- Knowledgeable in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word w/ wide knowledge in tellering procedures
- With good communication skills and can deal w/ different kinds of customers
- Willing to be assigned in MAKATI CITY area
