Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Promote, market, and sell Ayala land Premier properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in various sales and marketing initiatives.
- Source and build strong client relationships.
- Inform clients on market conditions, prices, legal, and/or documentary requirements as well as other related matters.
- Meet required sales target on a quarterly basis.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree.
- 1 year sales experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are also welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
