Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Training
- Facilitate training sessions in Manila and Vismin (as needed)
- Manage training logistics.
- Create sales training content
- Generate post-class training reports.
- Deliver basic and advanced sessions to new hires as well as existing salespersons.
Recruitment
- Assist the recruitment team in between training classes
- Participate in sourcing initiatives within the company as well as through school partnerships
- Conduct career talks and orientations for applicants/leads
Kualifikasi Minimum
The Sales Development Trainer is expected to provide training delivery to members of Ayala Land Premier’s sales force, both classroom and on-site, across geographic locations in the country. On the other hand, he/she will also support the sourcing and recruitment efforts of the team in between training runs.
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
- Preferably with at least a year of experience in Sales Training, Teaching or any related field
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel to different locations to conduct training and recruitment whenever needed.
