Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design, build and automate sophisticated models and reporting tools
- Develop hypotheses, identify problems, and share insights on brand-channel-consumer dynamics
- Define problems, independently conduct research as necessary, formulate solutions, makes recommendations as necessary
- Undertake fact-finding and analysis; assist in the preparation of reporting, correspondence, visual presentations, and other materials
- Ensure that deadlines are monitored appropriately and informational reports are received from relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful dashboards and reports to be shared with the management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, computer science or industrial engineering strongly preferred
- Demonstrated Reporting Analyst experience; prior experience in roles with high work volume requirements
- At least 1-year experience in a data and analysis role
- Strong mathematical skill required
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. Candidate should be able to create and use pivot tables, use advanced functions including VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP, Macros and VBA preferred
- Basic Microsoft Access skills required. Candidate should be able to design and create database with multiple tables, and design and create queries, forms and reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, leadership and audiences external to the organization.
- Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig
