Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Recruit, motivate and sell along with the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
- Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
- Continuous training and development of all members of the sales department.
- Attending key meetings with members of the sales team.
- Identifying key areas for improvement in the operations and sales process.
- Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree, any related course preferably with MBA but not required
- At least five (5) years relevant work experience in a managerial or similar capacity
- Possesses business acumen
- Innovative, creative and analytical
- Process and systems oriented
- Possesses critical thinking
- Computer literate
- Excellent in oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry.
- Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
