Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Process purchase requisitions and orders within purchasing authority (through suppliers, online, or direct to market).
- Invite, assess, and award, recommend suppliers, tenders, bids, quotations and proposals.
- Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements.
- Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services purchased.
- Administer performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages and insurance.
- Reconcile or resolve value discrepancies.
- Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislations, regulations, standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Post-secondary education is preferred and a professional designation related to supply chain is considered an asset.
- Work experience as procurement, purchasing or liaison is required. In addition, purchasing small quantities of any requirement not coursed through to supplier is part of the job. Thus, field work experience or willingness to do fieldwork is a requirement.
- Experience in brand activation, promotions, merchandising industry is definitely a plus.
- Can work independently and is comfortable in making recommendations and decisions.
- Adheres to the code of ethical conduct.
