Business Development Manager  

The Business Development Manager is tasked to grow the business of Awesome Lab Inc. by looking for new clients or increase business size with existing clients. He/she is also responsible for overall delivery of contracted services to clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with Business development team in creating and implementing sale strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify and understand clients.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Set-up meetings, pitch and educate about our products and services between client decision makers and corporation’s business leaders.
• Creation of pricing and cost estimate of our services and or products for our clients.
• In-charge of building and updating company’s sales kit.
• Building of requirement documents to direct deliverables of the development team.
• Ensure all projects have signed CEs or POs or contracts (whichever is applicable).
• Ensure payments from clients are collected according to agreed payment terms.

• At least a Bachelor’s / College degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or equivalent;
• Experience in Agile management methodology;
• Experience in Design thinking methodology;
• Knowledgeable and have experience with either in the field of software or hardware engineering technologies;
• Entrepreneurial personality;
• Must be highly collaborative, and an interest in the hardware technology start-ups is a definite plus.
