Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct trainings for Sales Leaders and support Beauty training or FD Development Training initiatives for Franchise Dealers
- Prepare training materials and facilitate the training course by using additional exercises, examples, case study…etc.
- Follow up and monitor any training results/feedback and seek for development opportunity.
- Performs field observation and provide coaching on field fundamental implementation and PATD certification to Sales Leaders.
- Provide on-boarding support, observation and field fundamentals coaching to newly progressed Sales Leaders (Tenure 1-6 in SL level)
- Ensure training related materials are well prepared for all training activities.
- Coordinate training course logistics details.
- Support to conduct Sales meeting and division meeting in the field.
- Partner and support Zone Managers to manage the training process
- Gathers data/ information, identify field training needs, develop training plans and get approval for execution from the Division Manager.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate-- minimum 4-year course degree holder, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, English Education, Journalism or related
- With at least 2 to 3 years work experience at supervisory level in training, sales or with a direct-selling company
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
- Must be computer literate; is good in MS applications and other applications/ programs for creating and designing presentations
- Personable, credible and reliable in dealing with the field team in terms of coaching and mentoring Independent Representatives as well as handling issues and concerns
- Can work with grace under pressure and able to deliver requirements accurately and in a timely manner
- Is willing to be assigned in Surigao (Tandag, Bayugan and nearby areas); driving skills is an advantage
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
