Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ideation meeting with Brand partners for programs, alignment meetings with other functions ie. Sales and Ops partners for activation plans.
- Leads the execution of all adhoc Marketing offers by ensuring timely release, accuracy and efficacy of communication and merchandising materials.
- Collaborates with Brand Marketing for CFT categories and leads execution of 360 plans.
- Supervises a Campaign Execution Specialist in execution of NCFT 360 plans.
- Provides support for all major activation programs
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a trade marketing, business development or similar roles
- Highly skilled in negotiating and influencing internal and external partners
- Functional knowledge of finance. i.e., margins, profits, ROI
- Experienced in the execution of Marketing plans or campaigns in-store, or through retail distributors or sales representatives
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
