Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
- Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge intrest, personality, and salary requirements.
- Actively work towards building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking event and job fairs.
- Conduct Rotation-Promotion-Demotion-Mutation process
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor Degree of Psychology
- Min. 2 years experience in related fields on Supervisor Levels (prefer from FMCG/Beauty/IT Start-up Industry)
- Understand about end-to-end recruitment process
- Understand rotation-mutation-promotion-demotion process.
- Understand about administration of psychological testing that use in recruitment process
- Have a growth mindser.
