Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide daily outpatient consultation services within the scope allowed by the nursing profession.
- Provide nursing care in case of injury.
- Administer emergency and first-aid treatment in appropriate cases such as, but not limited to, work related traumas or injuries.
- Assist a qualified physician in conducting annual medical examinations of the employees.
- Maintain and organize medical records of employees and if a physician is not available, prepare and submit an annual medical report.
- Submit periodic reports of work-related injuries.
- Prepare periodic reports of nursing services rendered.
- Provide regular reports regarding prevalent illnesses among the employees, which shall indicate the treatment or medicine prescribed.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of the medical reports or any health related information of the employees.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Licensed Nurse.
