Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Execute sales strategies, through campaigns and successful activity efforts.
- Develop key relationships within the community that will help strengthen the visibility of the company
- Initiate new sales leads through prospecting, e.i. cold calls and referrals
- Plan special events that will attract new business
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals that focus on increasing individual and group members.
- Maintain detailed records of daily sales activities to be compared against sales goals.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Conduct orientation/re-orientations on products and services
- Participate in continued learning and training seminars/workshops
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by Marketing & Sales Manager
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any 4-year business course
- At least 6 months work experience in Sales and Marketing
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good negotiation skills
