We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, smart, experienced, and highly motivated Salesperson with an outstanding work ethic who wants to take the next step in their career. Our sales team consults with prospective clients on a daily basis and provides them with the best solutions for their long-term success.

What you'll do

• Sell products via telephone, email, and text to warm leads, existing clients, and new prospects
• Provide a high level of customer service to potential, new and existing clients, which includes coaching clients to find them the best marketing solutions to meet their long term goals.
• Learning our example websites, pricing, sales pitch, products and services in the 1st month of training through individual coaching with managers and listening to other team members on sales calls
• Average $35,000 or more each month per trimester after the third month on the team
• Be consultative and properly sell our Website and Internet Marketing products with the right client expectations
• Provide prospective clients the best possible Website and Internet Marketing solution to meet their long-term goals
• Coordinate with Managers, Project Managers, and Web Developers throughout the sales and project cycles, especially if any sales issues occur
• Make a commitment to our clients and their success
• Work with sales team to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual revenue goals
• Give feedback to the management team to improve products, services, and customer experience

• At least 2 or more years of sales experience with a proven track record
• Work experience in a web-based, technical or real estate industry a strong plus
• SEO/website sales experience a strong plus
• Real estate experience a strong plus
• Salesforce CRM experience a strong plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
• Must have strong organizational skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
