- 2-4 years’ Social Media and/or Event Management experience in B2B Marketing – SaaS Technology
- Experience leading social media campaigns and content development
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to juggle with several projects simultaneously
- Excellent communications skills, with the ability to build and develop relationships at all levels
- Passion for customer service with contagious enthusiasm and energy
- Self-directed, able to operate independently as required
- BSc in Marketing/Communication or related field – MSc preferred
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Create high-quality and engaging content across a various mediums and channels (e.g. Blog, website, social media, email, events, sales collateral)
- Manage our social media presence to raise brand awareness and help shape our online communication strategy moving forward, both in terms of the channels we focus on and the markets we target
- Identify relevant social media influencers and help them create great content to promote Audience.to to their target users
- Handle and respond to customers inquiries/complaints on social medias in a timely and professional manner, escalating internally when necessary
- Support our Marketing events roadmap from planning to delivery, engaging with the audience at all stages
- Participate in the execution of event tactics providing on-site support for events including specific rentals/décor, establishing an itinerary, audio-visual requirement etc.
- Research conference trends and gather competitive information to support recommendations regarding event strategy
- Create and communicate reporting metrics to management showing ROI and impact
