Social Media Manager  

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for posting original text and video content, managing posts, and engaging with followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

• Run the company social media advertising campaigns: Facebook, Instagram, and, Pinterest
• Formulate high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign
• Build a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence
• Monitor the company's brand on social media
• Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers
• Manage our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement
• Respond to comments and inquiries on each of our accounts
• Oversee customer service provided via social media
• Analyze data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience with social media management like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, a couple of other things would be incredible
• Experience specifically with an e-commerce brand spanning the mentioned social media accounts
• Demonstrated success with growth and engagements on social media accounts
• Working knowledge of hashtag and engagement strategies, and what the preferred approach would be to the client’s accounts, including building Pinterest from scratch
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
• Understanding of graphic design principles
• Ability to measure the success of campaigns
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Can work US EST hours (8 PM to 5 AM PHT)
