Product Manager  

Role Summary:

The Product Development Manager is responsible for coordinating with internal and external parties in the viability and operational requirements of ATRAM Trust products.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with legal and tax counsels on the viability of the new product under local (and offshore, if applicable) regulatory environment
• Work with internal departments on the operational requirements of the new products
• Coordinate with internal managers, compliance, operations, IT, risk management, etc. in developing internal processing and control procedures for new products
• Obtain necessary internal and regulatory approvals for new products/product enhancements
• Present new product structure, procedures and documentation to internal groups, i.e. sales, investment managers, operations, compliance, risk management and finance
• Assist marketing team on preparing marketing collaterals (e.g. KIIDS, brochures, market/product updates)
• Ensure product reviews are conducted at least twice annually
• Ensure internal product development process is followed
• Comply with regulatory requirements, company and group policies; maintain compliance awareness

• A minimum of 5 years work experience in the fields of banking or asset management, particularly in the function of product development;
• Relevant educational qualifications, preferably a university degree in business or finance-related subject
• With a wide knowledge of economics, financial markets and asset management products
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant rules and regulations of the financial markets, asset management and trust industries
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Marketing-oriented, quick thinker, creative
• Detail oriented
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point
• High level of integrity
