Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Client Service Associate will primarily assist the sales & marketing team in creating a log sheet and answering all customer concerns, inquiries and complaints received through email and social media channels. The Client Service Associate may also be asked to assist in other activities of the sales & marketing team.
