Finance Manager  

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Finance Department. As a member of the Management team, strategic planning is a key part of this job description and the Finance Manager’s responsibility is to ensure the reporting and control of the company finances to standards and legal compliance. Other responsibilities are as follows:

• Timely prepare and present monthly management accounts, comprising the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statements, with supporting notes, in compliance with local GAAP and group accounting policies.
• Maintain documents and information to support all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with various departments to manage financial operations processes.
• Prepare weekly cash flow reports to show the availability of cash and a detailed projection of usage of cash in settlement of all required obligations and payments for investments and capital expenditure.
• Review and analyze customer collections and supplier payment days to improve on the cash position of the country.
• Prepare and present monthly management income statement by project sites.
• Develop and maintain the IT systems relevant to financial and management reporting.
• Collaborate to prepare quarterly forecast income statement and cash flow and annual budgets.
• Manage the Finance team day to day and ensure their work meets Northcom Atalian requirements.
