Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in recruitment, training, compensation and benefits
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BS degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Computer literate
- Basic knowledge of labor law
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong people skills / very patient
