Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Promotes company’s products and services to NEW clients/accounts and potential clients by highlighting its benefits and advantages to help them better appreciate its competitive advantage.
- Assists in the preparation of strategic plans, systems, and activities of the group related to sales which are anchored with the corporate vision, mission, objectives, and values.
- Explores and evaluates leads to determine the sales potential of the account.
- Monitors and evaluates performance of his/her team against set targets.
- Assists in the preparation of revenue projection and strategic importance of account.
- Manages the assigned sales operational budget by monitoring sales-related programs and special projects expenses to appropriate budget cost effectively.
- Performs various admin-related office works to ensure compliance with requirement of sales administration.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proficiency in English.
- Preferably from Facilities Management or Service Industry
- Market knowledge.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Willing to be assigned in Pampanga.
