Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions;
- Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements;
- Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
- Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
- Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions.
- Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.
- Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales department.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With work experience in facing the customers.
- Strong communication skills with strong engineering related knowledge.
- Has the ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.
- Should possess the skill to work both with the team and perform independently.
- Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.
