Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage all online communication of the Astoria group, including Astoria Hotels and Resorts and Astoria Vacation & Leisure Club Inc.
- Proactively answer queries from social media platforms, review websites, and other forms of assessment portals
- Monitor brand mention on a daily basis
- Execute crisis management playbook when needed
- Create a community management monthly report with insights and recommendations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Able to work well under pressure
- Extremely proactive
- Presentation skills are required in this role
- Maintains good judgment in challenging situations
- One (1) to three (3) years of related work experience
- Familiar with social media and community management software
