Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Strategize the overall traditional marketing and public relations activities to attract potential guests and retain existing customers of the Astoria group, including Astoria Hotels and Resorts and Astoria Vacation & Leisure Club, Inc.
- Identify and leverage on traditional marketing initiatives for the brand
- Develop campaigns, including event and exhibit activities, based on quarterly objectives and goals
- Execute campaigns and measure the results per month
- Create partnerships with offline partners - publications, media, influencers, etc.
- Manage a team of writers, graphic designers, and junior marketers
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- In-depth understanding of traditional marketing, both ATL and BTL
- Extensive professional network and connections to tri-media organizations
- Strong public relations management skills
- Solid budget management skills
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of related work experience
- Campaign portfolio is a plus
- Proven project management skills
- Presentation skills is required in this role
