Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The executive assistant will be responsible for the following:
- Managing projects and coordinating production shoots
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Making travel arrangements for the department
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Taking down minutes of every meeting
- Contributing to the internal development of the department
- Conducting research and undergoing training for further improvement
