Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the Chief Engineer in the Department's daily operation.
- Supervise the engineering personnel in the Installation, repairs and operation of machinery, equipment and related system.
- Oversees fabricating, maintaining, installing and repairing plumbing and sanitary facilities; hotel locks and keys; carpentry works; masonry works; etc.
- Develops and implement preventive maintenance and repair schedules of the hotel machinery, equipment and other facilities.
- Develops work simplification methods and techniques and improve programs.
- Prepares and/or evaluates designs and specifications for all engineering projects; supervises installations and constructions of all engineering works; submit periodic reports on project status and operating performance to superior.
- Controls and sees to adequacy of inventory of all engineering supplies.
- Develops and implements cost reduction program.
- Evaluates performance of engineering personnel.Implement Company rules and regulations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- Preferably with a license, but not required
- With at least 3 years of work experience in the Hospitality Industry
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Keen into details and cost control capabilities
- Committed to deliver exceptional levels of guest service
