Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Profiling of sites for acquisition and coordination with the Building Administrators/Village Managers for survey request and letter of intent/proposal.
- Negotiation and approval of Commercial Terms and Engineering Plan with the Building Administrators/Village Managers.
- Provides Job Order details for the installation of the complimentary connection for the acquired sites.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a 4-year college graduate of any Business/Engineering course.
- With at least 1-year work experience in field/site coordination with municipalities/private lot owners and liaison and documentation work (securing and processing of site/ government permits)
- Must be open to doing extensive fieldwork
- Highly proficient/skilled in MS Excel, report preparation and project management.
