Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develops, designs, and documents the IT infrastructure roadmap (including infrastructure specifications and standards) and capacity model and submits it to the Systems Infrastructure Planning (SIP) Department Head for review
- Incorporates business continuity standards for compliancy of new systems during creation of Technical Recommendation document
- Collaborates with the other teams (e.g. Delivery and Integration Division, Service Management Division, Business, and other teams) in developing the IT Infrastructure Roadmap and capacity model
- Acts as representative for SIP head in technical forums and other meetings organized by the Project Managers or Technical Leads during project scoping and design
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of EE/ECE/COE, any 4-year IT-related course or applied science course (e.g. engineering, math, physics) with additional units in IT
- 5-8 years (band C)/ 8 or more years (band D) work experience preferably in telecommunications or IT (Network/System/Database
- Administration; experience in HP/IBM/SUN/Dell hardware, and any of the following Unix/Linux/Windows/VMware platforms, Oracle/Sybase/MS SQL database)
- Preferably with training in Project Management, ITSM, Information Security, Business Process Analysis, Quality Management
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
