Roles and Responsibilities

• Should be able to comply with client process for system development
• Should be able to coordinate with SAP for the raising and completion of OSS notes for requirements/issues needing one
• Responsible for gathering business user requirements independently without the need to ask assistance with Information Systems Group (ISG)
• Proactively guide adoption of business users with SAP best practices
• Responsible for reconciling business user requirements with SAP Standard Functionalities
• Responsible for formulating solution to every gap encountered during design with final approval of ISG
• Always present recommended solution to ISG when asking for a decision/direction
• Consults ISG with the final BUR Scope before requesting for business sponsor's signature
• Responsible for completely documenting required functional artifacts of an SAP Project which includes but not limited to:
  • business blueprint procedure,
  • functional specification,
  • configuration guide/manual,
  • functional unit test scenarios as well as unit testing results with screenshots
  • User Guide/Manual
  • Transport Request (TR) list
  • Access Privilege Matrix (APM)
• Responsible for executing functional unit test scenarios and document functional unit testing results with screenshots
• Responsible for walking through to testing team the design of the new or enhanced process and/or system functionality
• Responsible for creating Access Privilege Matrix (APM)
• Responsible for assisting, resolving and determining root cause of SAP errors encountered during testing (SAT/IAT/UAT)
• Responsible for recommending SAP Solution during UAT Phase with the approval of ISG, especially if the solution involves SAP Note Implementation
• Preparation and documentation of SAP Transport Requests that will be for QAS deployment and PRD deployment in the Functional Specifications document or Configuration Guide/Manual
• Responsible for timely assistance, identification of the root cause and recommendation of resolution to SAP business users with problems during Hypercare/Warranty support period
• Complete documentation requiring Functional artifacts of an SAP Project
• Knowledge transfer

• A graduate of Business Management, Sales, Marketing or any IT-related course
• Preferably with SAP Certification
• 5-8 years of work experience
