Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage the entire WIFI service infrastructure, network, and application of a Shared Platform and/or Managed service.
- Develop and maintain a Service Management Plan.
- Perform Problem Management and correlate recurring incidents.
- Perform Change and Release Management.
- Analyze, recommend, and implement continuous service improvement.
- Attend and complete technical training, leadership, and personal effectiveness program.
- Thoroughly review of transition activities to ensure that new services can be fully supported by Operations.
- Perform Service Continuity Management and Service Availability Management.
- Do Service Reporting of assigned Platform or Manage service.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other teams for projects.
- Perform project management as necessary and for small scale service improvement.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year course on Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- At least 5 years experience in Service Delivery or Service Manager position.
- Previously worked in an IT/Computer group as a Service Manager or Network/System/Database Admin.
- Preferably with certification of the following:
- CMMI, WIFI Networking, Microsoft Certification, Java, SQL, Oracle, and ITIL v3 Foundation.
