Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Sales Management - Manage business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales potential and purchasing behavior.
- Sales Funnel and Flow Through Management- Ensure the effective execution of area account-specific strategies that drive the creation of a robust sales pipeline composed of quality applications, which lead to high sales conversion.
- Portfolio Selling - Meet own portfolio selling objectives for accounts as well as ensure the effective execution of related strategies by account managersin his/her group.
- Churn Management - Meet own churn management objectives as well as ensure thataccount managers in his/her group effectively execute programs and processes that ensure long-term business engagements with accounts in their respective areas.
- Account and Business Development - Develop and Execute strategies for the assigned area and own accounts to ensure achievement of Sales Targets
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Organization and Staffing - Ensure that the appropriate mix of accounts in his/her area of assignment are maintained
- Training and Personnel Development
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending required trainings and workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies as deemed necessary.
- Ensure that each account manager in his/her area effectively executes defined job responsibilities and meets minimum expectations by identifying and coordinating competency and performance gaps so that prompt and proper performance evaluation and relevant training interventions may be administered to alleviate performance.
- Sales Activity Management and Control -Review own sales performance, aiming to meet and exceed targets
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Customer/ Partner Management - Building productive business relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a Bachelors Degree Holder; any course;
- Open for fresh Graduates;
- Preferably with Field or Sales experience;
- Pro-active and goal driven;
- Highly motivated to finish the task given;
- Good communication skills;
- With pleasing personality;
- With a retail look and presentable.
