Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Operations - Ensures that all SLAs and KPIs of team members are met, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
- Process Improvement - Chalks out or improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
- Goal Setting - Contributes towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives
- Quality Control - Performs quality controls and monitors production KPI’s
- Recruitment & Training Development - Recruits, trains, supervises and appraises team members
- Stakeholder Management - Caters to clients’ or team members' concerns
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have experience with the BPO/Shared Service Industry;
- Exposure Healthcare Account is an advantage but not required;
- Excellent people management skills;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must be willing to work at night shift;
- Must be willing to work in Capitol Commons, Pasig;
