Social Media Support Specialist  

Specific challenges include:

• Proficiency in social media including (but not limited to) Facebook, Yelp, Instagram, Pinterest and Linked-in.
• Ability to monitor and respond to social media users.
• Ability to properly escalate negative reviews and focus on service recovery.
• Ability to write and create posts that engage users and promote hospital services.
• Stays up to date with the latest social media functions
• Serves as a resource and trouble shooter for independent review sites

• Focuses heavily on attention to detail and proofreads materials for accuracy
• Gather facts and research for presentations on ROI and other results
• Analyze and understand successes and failures of strategy.

• Performing other related duties as required.

Functional Area Outcomes and Expectations

• Ensure the relevance of the Marketing function and its mission
• Ensure strategic goals and projects are implemented efficiently to meet Tenet’s strategic goals and objectives
• Establish and foster a strategic vision to ensure the GBC is viewed as a valued partner and appropriately involved in business decisions

Required Experience:

• 3 years or more experience creating and executing integrated media campaigns, using transactional data, predictive models and/or 3rd party consumer lifestyle variables, including consumer data governance
• More than two years’ experience with Social Media platforms
• WIlling to work on a Nightshift; Pioneer team
