Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Daily monitoring and moderation of all client's social media accounts following a strict guideline provided.
- Can generally assist and mentor junior moderators
- Taking the lead in reviewing the comments made in the platform and provide a quick response if necessary
- Responsible in providing daily reports to the senior management team
- Must actively take part on monthly meetings, trainings set by the senior management team
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Fresh graduate of Communication Arts, Journalism, Broadcasting and the like
- 1 year experience in moderating Social Media Platforms
- Has a working knowledge on all Social Media platforms.
- Must be equipped with the ability to keep up with the latest trends and social media best practices.
- Ability to take senior management role, taking the lead role if needed.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong customer service disposition.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skill. Ability to prioritize deadlines and moderation checks
- Fast learner and can think outside the box
- Proactive and can work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
