Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Define project requirements and monitor its progress
- Improve systems by studying current practices
- Collect and analyze business needs and translate these into clear requirements for development teams
- Evaluate impact and performance of project / system based on the business requirements
- Analyze gaps between software release and documentation, both user-oriented and development-oriented.
- Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
- Collaborates with the team and SMEs to create and maintain documentations
- Identify and communicate a consistent documentation strategy across audiences and documents.
- Attend development team meetings.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- Perform tasks such as researching, creating content, proofreading, and editing a variety of contents such as training materials, manuals and, other technical documents.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor of Science in computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- 1-5 years of working experience as a Business Analyst responsible for creating technical documentation, preferably for software products
- Excellent writing skills combined with a technical background.
- Experience in being able to gather and convert data into a written narrative.
- Ability to interpret, synthesize and organize data or technical information to produce a detailed and logical written account of procedures, results and recommendations that is concise, readable, clear/lucid and understandable by technical and non-technical audiences.
- Advanced skills with MS Office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of standard authoring tools and/or technology, and HTML/CSS.
- Knowledge of computer programming and system development methodology to work/dialogue with development team.
- Knowledge in Agile methodology
- Working knowledge of modeling and flow diagramming tools
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance several on-going projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and with teams in a virtual environment.
