Retail Store Supervisor  

Responsible for the training and development of staff and performance management

• Create and maintain a team environment within the store
• Provide monthly "one-on-one" sessions with staff, in addition to a weekly touch base with the management team
• Resolve interpersonal issues in partnership with General Manager
• Implement and lead all sales and training initiatives
• Implement and review store policies/procedures on a regular basis and ensure staff adheres to them
• Provide in the moment and formal feedback based on observations. Share observations and next steps with GM
• In partnership with GM to provide training sessions for new hires and provide continuous refreshers and specialized trainings, as needed, to sales associates

Responsible for the maintenance and organization of the daily register, banking functions.

• Audit goals which are achieved through sound operational execution
• Prepare, implement, and execute scheduled inventory
• Opening and closing of the store
• Oversee daily cleaning and physical up-keep of damaged areas inside and outside the store, ensure stockroom is organized and is set up properly so staff can easily access merchandise
• Manage store execution in accordance with the company's visual and operational standards
• Analyze sales results and create action plans to achieve desired results
• Manage and maintain current programs for optimal performance practices, including training modules, communication binder, bulletin boards, holds and damages, schedules and backroom organization
• Hold morning information and motivational meetings in partnership with management team

• Strong analytical and planning skills;

• At least 3 years of experience;
