Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the Project Manager, completing tasks as assigned, to achieve project goals;
- Assist in the development of project proposals, cost estimates and budgets, timelines, and schedules;
- Understand the project and keep updated contact information to ensure a reliable means of communication at all times with the project team;
- Evaluate the progress of the project to ensure that the timeline is followed consistently;
- Perform administrative functions for the Project Manager, which might include updating of project schedule, taking minutes at meetings, communicating with suppliers;
- Coordinate event requirements with other departments; and
- May be assigned other related task as needed
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least one year of related experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Willing to render longer working hours
- Willing and able to learn new things
