Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Be responsible for book keeping.
- Assist the Head in reporting procedures.
- Compile accounting documents.
- Manage petty cash transactions.
- Be in charge of all payment and reportorial requirements of Government Agencies, both local and national such as BIR, SEC, SSS, PHIC, and HDMF.
- Take charge of all payables limited to rent, utilities, vehicle registration, amortisation, and other non-operational expenses.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Accounting or any equivalent course.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Can work under pressure and minimal supervision.
- Willing to work extended hours.
